If your company does not yet use Smart Sailors and you wish to subscribe to one of our offers, the first step of setting up your interface will be carried out by our teams.

If your company already has a Smart Sailors account, you should contact the account administrator and ask him to create an access for you.

Basic:

The Basic package is naturally very attractive because it is free. It allows companies with a small fleet or ship owners with simple needs and a small budget to still have a tool to remind them of maintenance tasks.

If you are not sure that a CMMS can help you on a daily basis, the Basic package is a good way to test the main functionalities of FLEET, before opting for a package that is more suited to your needs.

Premium:
The Premium package is aimed at companies that need to work as a team around their fleet management as it gives access to more users and more boats. 3 user profiles with different rights are offered in this package: Administrator, Manager and Operator.

Enterprise:
We have created the Enterprise package for companies that wish to have a fully customisable CMMS. It offers the ability to define its tree structure, create more profiles and freely manage user rights. This package, which is more advanced in terms of functionalities, also offers a stock management module and a purchase management module that cover 100% of the needs of an armament department.

Of course you can! You can change your offer at any time from your application or by contacting us.

When you subscribe to a Smart Sailors offer, our team does not just give you access to the software. We actively support you in the implementation of your CMMS and the management of change within your company.

Our maritime knowledge and the experience that our team has gained from the dozens of customers we have supported since 2016 are at your disposal to ensure optimal adoption and efficient new practices.

Our employees work hard to implement the solution and train new users. This support is not billed to you at the time of subscription, as we consider it part of our duty to our customers throughout their time with us.

If shipowners can leave at any time, some will only sign up to benefit from these services or to prepare for an important technical stop, only to unsubscribe right afterwards. This would undermine solidarity and we believe that there are dozens of consultants to meet these needs!

This is why by joining the Smart Sailors contract, you commit to staying with us for at least 12 months. After this period, you can leave us whenever you want.

From your application, you can import your maintenance plan or a parts catalogue in excel format.

Whatever your subscription plan, all your data will be encrypted and stored on highly secure servers.

The free offer simply limits access to your maintenance history. You will only be able to view events that are less than 30 days old.

At Smart Sailors, your data belongs to you!

We fully comply with current RGPD regulations and go far beyond to secure your data.

At any time, you can extract your data in excel format for reuse and we will delete all your personal data and that of your employees.
